The subject of the order is "Performing the function of a supervisory inspector for the task entitled Execution design and cost estimate documentation and the construction of gates with permanent damming and fish passes enabling the migration of aquatic organisms through obstacles. Small retention means activities that improve the ability to collect water in small natural and artificial reservoirs and its damming in riverbeds, streams, canals and ditches for the purpose of subsequent environmental maintenance. The purpose of implementing construction investments based on design documentation will be primarily to improve the moisture of forest soils, change the unfavorable, rapid outflow of surface water from areas forests to slow down the outflow, diversify the elements of the forest ecosystem and have a beneficial effect on biodiversity. The order was not divided into partial tasks due to the fact that it constitutes one of the parts of the order awarded by different ordering entities (state units).
