1.1. The subject of the order is to act as an investor's supervision inspector over the implementation of the investment: Construction of a community self-help home providing daily support for people with disabilities in Myszków.1.2. Provision of supervision inspector services will be carried out based on the material scope of the works on the basis of an agreement that the Ordering Party will conclude with the Contractor of the task entitled: Construction of a community self-help home providing daily support for people with disabilities in Myszków, selected as a result of a separate public procurement proceedings. 1.3.
