The subject of the order is to act as an inspector supervising the implementation of the task titled: Construction of the Transfer Center in Krapkowice. The scope of the order includes the provision of investor supervision services, i.e.: 1) providing investor supervision over the works. including the following industries: construction, road, sanitary installation, electrical installation, archaeological, surveying, geological and other necessary for the proper execution of the task, 2) verification of design documentation, 3) coordination of works on the task investment, 4) making material and financial settlements of the task, 5) providing the Ordering Party with the necessary data to submit a payment application in the reporting part related to the progress of the works, the occurrence of risks related to the implementation of the task, etc., 6) making reporting related to the implementation of the task by preparing reports (monthly and final - regarding the material and financial scope).
