The subject of the order is the service of performing the function of the Contract Engineer (hereinafter referred to as the Engineer or, alternatively, the contractor) consisting in comprehensive support for the investment titled: Construction of three multi-family residential buildings along with technical infrastructure (including entrances, access roads, parking spaces for passenger cars), greenery and internal installations in the town of Ostrowiec w., at Hubalczykw Street, on plot no. 33/1, 33/4, 34/1, 34/4, 35/1, 35/4 (figure 19, sheet 2). The engineer will perform his activities in on behalf of and for the benefit of the Ordering Party in accordance with the concluded contract.
