1. The subject of the order is the provision of services consisting in fulfilling the duties of the Contract Engineer in connection with the implementation of an investment task, as a result of which renewable energy sources (photovoltaic installations and heat pumps) and energy storage will be installed electricity in public utility facilities in the City of Jastrzbie-Zdrj, i.e. installation of photovoltaic installations with energy storage in 11 facilities, installation of photovoltaic installations without energy storage in 13 facilities, installation of heat pumps in 4 facilities and supervision over the implementation and achievement of required project indicators.2. The full scope of the Contract Engineer's responsibilities is included in the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ and Appendix No. 2 to the contract.
