Tender Details

The object of the acquisition is a SaaS-based working time management system. The special priorities in the system to be acquired are mobile use and self-service functions enabled by users. The goal of the new system is to bring users flexibility in accounting practices and cut the working time of supervisors and HR employees spent on maintenance tasks. All devices connected to the systems must synchronize data with each other automatically and in real time. For mobile registrations the equipment used is Heka's procurement responsibility. turnkey delivery of a complete service that covers: • access rights to the system delivered as a cloud service (SaaS, Software as a Service service delivery model) • the system with definitions of the implementation project, customer-specific agreements, testing and training • continuous service, customer support and maintenance throughout the contract period • Heka-specific development and integration work of the system. The object of procurement is described in more detail in the tender request attachments. The agreement is initially valid for a fixed period of two (2) years, and after the fixed-term contract period, the Agreement continues indefinitely.
