Subcontract No. 1.
The fuse cabinets must be constructed and certified in accordance with DS/EN 1143-1, Grade 0-6. Duration 4 years + 1 option @ 3 years.
The expected need is approx. 500 safes during the contract period. The number is indicative and not binding. The safety cabinets are expected to be used at service locations throughout the Kingdom of Denmark and can potentially also be used by other government authorities.
The safes must be able to be used for storing weapons, ammunition, servers, classified material and, where relevant, classified documents. All safes must, as a minimum, be suitable for the safe storage of weapons.
It must be possible to supply fire-proof safes. If a safe is stated to be fireproof, this must be documented by certification according to NT FIRE 017 or an equivalent internationally recognized standard.
Selected fuse boxes are expected to be used for a possible technical evaluation in Grades 1, 3, 5 and 6 to be able to participate in practical testing at the RISE Research Institutes of Sweden in Boras. The detailed conditions are determined therein forthcoming supply.
