The Research Center for Molecular Medicine is seeking to acquire two spectral flow cytometers for its Biomedical Sequencing Facility. The devices must comply with the requirements in the technical specifications document and include the described components, functions and specifications along with the accessories listed therein. Acquisition of Spectral Cell Sorter Instrument The objective for lot 1 of this tender is the acquisition and implementation of a high-performance imaging cell sorting flow cytometer that enables precise isolation of specific cell populations based on fluorescence, spectral, imaging, and light-scatter properties. The instrument should allow reliable purification of defined cell subsets from complex biological samples while maintaining high cell viability and purity. Acquisition of Spectral Cell Analyzer Instrument The objective for lot 2 of this tender is the acquisition and implementation of a spectral flow cytometry analyzer that enables high-dimensional analysis of complex cell populations by simultaneously detecting and resolving multiple fluorescent signals. The instrument should allow precise identification and characterization of heterogeneous cell types based on fluorescence markers and light-scatter properties.
