Acquisition of trophies, cups and medals The purpose of this framework agreement with purchase orders is to supply trophies, cups and medals awarded by the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region as prizes during various events: sporting events and regional competitions in particular. The precise description of the need appears in the CCTP. This is a framework agreement within the meaning of articles R. 2162-2 et seq. of the Public Procurement Code concluded with an operator economic. The framework agreement sets out all the contractual stipulations, it will be executed as purchase orders are issued under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The terms for issuing purchase orders appear in the CCAP The framework agreement is concluded for a minimum annual amount of 5, 000 euro(s) excluding tax and a maximum annual amount of 90, 000 euro(s) excluding tax. This framework agreement is not allotment. Indeed, in application of article L2113 11 of the Public Procurement Code, the buyer has decided not to award this contract. The services concerned, relating to the supply of cups, trophies and medals intended for sporting events, constitute a homogeneous whole on the technical and functional plan.
