Acquisition of a training instructor and training facilities Two partial contracts are to be entered into. The conclusion of the agreement will help the District of Stovner to supply training facilities and training instructors for residents of the district. Partial contract 1 Group training for the elderly with cognitive impairment/dementia. o Two groups per week o Approx. 1 hour and 45 minutes per group · Group training for healthy seniors. o Three groups per week o Approx. 1 hour per group · The training must take place in the district's premises. There is no training during joint holidays, Christmas holidays, Easter holiday and any other public holidays. Sub-contract 2 Training facilities (with training equipment, changing rooms etc.), and a training instructor for the following users: * Participants from the Frisklivsentralen in the district * Youth (Youth - sport and challenge) It is not group training/introductory course during joint holidays, Christmas holidays, Easter holidays and any other public holidays. Options - Partial contract 1 * Several groups with training for the elderly. This may be applicable due to more residents in the district due to the District Reform. Options - Part contract 2 * Training facilities/premises for the elderly * Individual training and individual advice/follow-up of participants in relation to Frisklivsentralen in the district * Dietary guidance for participants in relation to Frisklivsentralen in the district * Training facilities and fitness instructor for young people in general in the district * Training groups and possible individual counselling/follow-up of women in the pregnancy and maternity period * Screened group class in the evening. * Digital transfer...
