The supplies will relate in particular to: the supply of hand tools for plumbing and the like, for masonry and the like, for various trades (excluding electrical equipment and gardening equipment), for welding and brazing ingredients for accessories and consumables. The contract was the subject of a first publication following the adapted procedure. However, in accordance with articles R 2185-1 and R 2185-2 of the Public Procurement Code, this first consultation had to be declared without further action. for reasons of general interest due to errors in the technical requirements of certain supplies. The contract is awarded for a period of one year, from the date of notification. It is renewable twice per period of one year, by renewal expressly, the total duration of the contract cannot exceed 3 years. The contract is a single-award mixed framework agreement.
