Acquisition of the Summa system The subject of the acquisition is the Summa system, which includes the system's functionalities, implementation, integrations with existing information systems and interfaces, maintenance and support services, and further development of the solution during the contract period. Summa system deals with summary disputes. Summary disputes are uncontested matters that are decided by the district court in a written procedure. These include, for example, rental receivables, consumer loans, telephone and electricity bills and matters concerning eviction or restoration of control. Summary summons applications are currently being processed in nine district courts. In the target mode, a modern and unified solution is used for handling summary debt issues, which makes it possible to process the ever-increasing number of applications quickly and reliably. The information processed in the target space system is in a structured form, which makes it easier to search for it within the system or via system interfaces. The future goal is to increase automation in the processing of debt issues. The Summa system and procurement-related requirements are described in more detail in the attachments to the request for tender. Outside of the delivery project at the beginning of the acquisition are the current ones system shutdowns and their data migrations.
