Pressure boosters Water spinners Pumps with other functions In AK's Baths, it becomes necessary to replace pumps with different performance and functions, for which AK conducts a public procurement procedure, during which it provides 3 partial tendering options. 1. offer part: Pressure boosters - (planned a total of 26 units, 19 types of products) 2nd offer part: Water spinners - (planned a total of 40 units, 27 types of products) 3rd offer part: Other - (planned a total of 52 units, 37 types of products, e.g. chemicals, hair clips, etc., as detailed in the technical documentation) Procurement of the devices is carried out continuously, within the temporal scope of the framework contract for each part of the offer, in the form of individual orders. Request for bids for certain pumps also requires commissioning, which is indicated in the individual orders to the winning Bidder. The framework contracts are valid for 12 months or until the framework amount is exhausted. The 12-month temporal validity is limited to 1 time with AK's unilateral declaration It can be extended by 12 months. If AK uses the option of unilateral extension, after 12 months, the Bidder may increase the prices offered for individual products by a maximum of the consumer price index.
