As part of its activity of distributing advertising print to its professional customers, La Poste wishes to acquire equipment (called strapping machines) allowing the strapping of advertising print. The geographic scope of the global market is mainland France The market is divided into 2 lots: Lot NO1: Acquisition of Automatic Strapping Machines and Associated Services Lot NO2: Acquisition of Manual Strapping Machines and Associated Services LOT 1: Acquisition of Automatic Strapping Machines and Associated Services The need concerns the supply of automatic strapping machines intended for strapping batches of Advertising Printed Materials. The machines must automatically ensure the feeding of the products, their strapping without manual intervention, then their evacuation at the machine outlet. They must be adapted to industrial use, offer great reliability and allow simple and durable maintenance. The supplier must also be able to offer, on request, preventive maintenance, curative maintenance, the supply of spare parts, as well as training for users and technicians. The strapping machines will have to take care of automatically the arrival of the batches to the strapping zone, carry out the operation autonomously, then evacuate the strapped batches towards the machine exit.
