Acquisition of speech-to-draft with AI (Artificial Intelligence) for health, transcription and record support in medical consultations Færder municipality will carry out a procurement of speech for drafts with AI for medical consultations. The purpose of the procurement is to enter into contract for the purchase of an AI (artificial intelligence) based system to reduce the administrative burden associated with documentation, so that doctors and other healthcare personnel can free up more time for direct patient care. Færder municipality is looking for a system that has high precision and reliability in transcription from speech to text, especially for medical terms, and must master both Norwegian and foreign languages. Total estimated contract amount NOK 800, 000 for a 4-year contract period. There is a total need for 16 licences, of which 10 licenses are options. Estimated NOK associated with the option amounts to approx. 500, 000 of the total estimated contract amount of NOK 800, 000. The client has budgeted an estimated procurement value of NOK 800, 000 for the entire procurement, as the amount has been approved by the municipality's management. Offers that exceed this amount may be rejected due to a lack of budget funds. The contract period is as follows: 2 years + 1 year possible for extension + 1 year possible for extension.
