The species are inventoried from forest plots, which are placed in different types of commercial forests with randomly divided sampling. The target species are dwarfs, mosses, lichens and beetles. The species groups to be inventoried are lichens, lichens and mosses that grow on living and dead trees, and rotting beetles. The test areas are marked on the terrain and located, and live and dead trees and special features such as are measured from them stout old deciduous trees. The object of the acquisition is the inventories of the above-listed species groups from pre-delimited and terrain-marked experimental areas of approximately one hectare. The aim is to establish a total of around 600 pilot farms in the southern half of Finland to the southern and central boreal zone. Travel-related expenses (accommodation, travel expenses, per diems) are not included to the request for quotation, but they are asked to be invoiced separately according to the actual costs.
