The subject of the general order is the supply of one license to professional software designed for complex processing of satellite radar data, including all modules, components, libraries, connectors and licenses of those persons necessary to fulfill the required functions. The bite is full directly accessible installation file or other method of installation, advance license and active data, installation and activation of the software, if provided full distance cooperation during installation and activation, also functionality, advance user and technical documentation and provision support and troubleshooting. The required software must enable, in particular, the processing of radar data and time data using radar interferometry methods, support the required data formats, missions and sensors and ensure full compatibility and interoperability with the existing software environment contractor ENVI. The license must be unlimited in time and its use must not be conditionally renewed following maintenance, support or subscription.
