The procured services are divided in translation services into sub-areas 1-3 and in interpreting services into sub-areas 4-6 based on translation/interpreting language pairs, these are as a whole defined in Appendix 1 "Description of the object of procurement". The need and more detailed content of the different parts are determined according to a separately agreed schedule. The language pairs are Finnish-Northern Sami-Finnish, Finnish-Inari Sami-Finnish and Finnish-Koltan Sami-Finnish. The provider can leave an offer for all or only some of the areas if so desired. The total number of parts awarded to one supplier is not limited. The goal of the procurement is to promote, increase and improve inclusion work in the home region of the Sami people in Lapland. in the LUMO program work process. With the help of translation services, it is possible, among other things, to inform about the results and progress of the program work in Sami languages. With the help of interpreting services, it is possible to organize high-quality interpretations in the Sami's home region participation events, the purpose of which is that the rights of the Sámi people as an indigenous people in their home region are taken into account.
