The creation of the information system architecture based on the technical specifications and in accordance with Government Decision no. 530/2025 regarding the approval of the Information System Concept "VioData State Register" and the Regulation on the manner of keeping the VioData State Register, as well as with national legislation on preventing and combating violence against women, data protection regulations and IT security standards. Design and development of the Information System "VioData State Registry", including basic functionalities such as: •Administration for system configuration and user management. • Management and record of cases of violence through an electronic file. • Register management and records victims and aggressors in cases of violence. • Integration with support services intended for the assistance and protection of victims (shelters, psychological and legal counselling). •Implementation of customized action/intervention plans, which include protective measures, psychological support and legal assistance. •Monitoring cases of violence and tracking referrals to support services. •Generating and sending alerts or notifications to the competent authorities or support organizations, in case of new events or changes in the situation of a case. •Data analysis and reporting tools to support evidence-based decisions. • Integration with services...
