Part 1. Signaling, access control equipment. Part 2. Alarm, access control, computer network equipment and materials. The procuring organization plans to purchase security alarm and access control, computer networks and communications equipment (hereinafter - Equipment or Goods). The requirements for the procurement object are set out in Appendix 2 of the special procurement conditions "Technical specification". The purchase object is divided into 2 (two) parts, whose scope and subject, requirements and technical specification are defined "Technical specification" in Appendix 2 of the special purchase conditions. The procuring entity will conclude a single contract for parts of the procurement for which the same supplier has been selected as the winner. The procuring organization selects the most economically advantageous offer based on prices and quality ratio.
