"Acquisition of Sc Licensesope Archiv", 100 pcs., within the project "Towards digital governance. Electronic civil status within the National Archives of Romania (eANR)", code SMIS 129831, co-financed from the European Social Fund, through the Administrative Capacity Operational Program 2014 - 2020.
The object of this contractt of supply consists of the following actions:
1. Provision of 100 Scope Archiv licenses, with interface in Romanian, the latest version of the producer, minimum for the modules:
•Partners, Files, Documents, Events, Activities, Classification scheme;
•Description units, Takeovers, Repositories, Containers, Loans, Copy;
•Codes, Forms, System Users.
2. The delivery of scopeArchiv License products will be made on USB/optical (DVD) or electronic media with a clear indication of the download location, accompanied, as appropriate, by paper or electronic document(s) withntual license identification elements.
3. The delivery must be accompanied by documents certifying the transfer of the rights of perpetual use of the licenses provided.
4. The tenderer will provide a guarantee of 12 months from the date of operationalization, for the installation and operation...
