Acquisition of School Furniture for Schools
In accordance with the provisions of article 28 of the Regulation of Law NO 19, 886, approved by Supreme Decree NO 661, of 2024, of the Ministry of Finance, and prior to this acquisition, the circular economy platform was consulted on date 10-15-2026, in order to verify the existence of movable property available in other State agencies that could satisfy the requirement. From this consultation, it was found that there are no goods available that meet, in quantity, technical characteristics, state of conservation and conditions. of use, with the school furniture required by the Arturo Echazarreta Larrain School and the Domingo Ortiz de Rozas School. Consequently, it is appropriate to carry out the acquisition of new goods through this procedure tender.
