The object of this acquisition is real-time traffic flow data in the Helsinki city area. The goal of the acquisition is to license real-time or near-real-time traffic data (FCD, Floating Car Data) for use within the city of Helsinki, which suppliers collect by aggregating different from data sources such as vehicle navigation devices and other mobile devices. With the help of the acquired data, an up-to-date traffic snapshot of the flow of traffic is created to be presented and visualized in the traffic snapshot service, which is implemented as a separate purchase. This one in addition, it is intended to collect historical information from the data to be used for different purposes. The procurement is described in more detail in the tender request appendices. The procurement unit has a limited budget for the implementation of the procurement. Bids whose price exceeds the available budget may be rejected. If there are differences between the Finnish and English documents, the Finnish versions take precedence.
