The City of Helsinki, the cultural and leisure industry in cooperation with the urban environment, as a procurement cooperation, implements a procurement for the provision of joint services on Harakka Island as a license agreement, in which each party draws up their own procurement decision and will sign A joint procurement agreement between the parties.
