Salo City's Facility Services (hereafter procurement unit / customer) is requesting bids for property maintenance services for the years 2026-2027 in accordance with this request for bids and its appendices. The goal is for the contract period to start in July, but the contract period ends on 31 December 2027. In addition, the subscriber reserves the option for two one-year option periods. The option refers to the possibility of extending the contract under the original conditions. The subscriber decides on the use and duration of the option separately. There will be an acquisition implement for sub-areas 1-4 as a framework arrangement, the operating model of which is described in the Contract Procedure section of the request for tenders. The property maintenance service is acquired as a framework arrangement for sub-areas 1-4 to supplement the city's own property maintenance in various in emergency and resource shortage situations. For sub-areas 5-11, property maintenance services will be procured as a purchase service as described in the request for tenders, for the contract period mentioned in this request for tenders. Sub-areas 5-11 are not a framework arrangement. Subject to procurement are the property maintenance services required for the city's various properties as described in this request for tenders and its appendices. For the objects of property maintenance services to be acquired in this procurement procedure (property, building or other object of the service) includes properties that are likely to be transferred from the city of Salo to the city's subsidiary Salo Kuntakiinteistöt Oy.
