The platform will manage a process that aims to systematize the structure, scope and content of new project proposals through the identification and quantification of parameters that allow their objective prioritization, as well as the effective monitoring of the projects until their realization and exploitation of results. The scope will include the implementation of the platform, its maintenance during the duration of the service and its update when necessary. It will also include, if applied, specific developments to adapt it to the process required by ENUSA.
