Tender Details

Tenders will concern equipment

a) for mixing rubber compounds and b) for pressing rubber products using injection technology.

For the technology of mixing rubber compounds, the following technological devices are needed, which are connected to each other. The requirement is for their lineartechnological devices are listed in the following text, after the name of the device the basic required parameters of the device are always listed.

a) Rubber cutter

Minimum cutting width 600 mm

Cutting time min. 15 mm/s

Note: the device must be adapted for tent cuttinglarge dimensions

b) High-pressure kneader with tangential kneaders

Working volume of the mixing chamber min. 60 liters

Pneumatic blade control

Hard alloy rotors and chamber

Rotor speed (front/rear) min. 25/20 rpm

Machine control - electronic controller

Kneader cooling mediume water

Note:

a high-pressure kneader with tangential kneaders must be able to mix rubber mixtures with a hardness of 40 - 90 Sh A from all common types of rubbers

c) Conveyor of mixed rubber mixture from the kneader to the mixing and cooling double cylinder

Conveyor capacity min. 60 - 100 kg (must be in accordancewith the weight of the mixed rubber mixture from the kneader)

Note:

design the conveyor with regard to the linear arrangement of the line with the kneader at the same horizontal level as the rest of the line

d) Mixing and cooling double cylinder

Cylinder diameter min. 500 mm

Working length of cylinders min. 1, 400 mm
