The Kanta-Häme welfare area (OmaHäme) requests your offer for the processing software for isotope studies (PET-TT and SPET-TT) and the necessary server on which the software will be installed. The offer must include licenses for four (4) concurrent users for the user to view isotope images, reconstruction tools and analysis software. One license is sufficient for cardiac perfusion analyzes (Cedars). Software licenses must be perpetual. The provider can use it to the extent possible offers software licenses and server platform already owned by Oma Häme. In addition to software licenses, maintenance for the system, which includes software updates, office-time, Finnish-language user support and server maintenance. After the first year, the maintenance contract continues to be valid indefinitely, always one year at a time. The contract period valid for the time being includes the maintenance of acquired software licenses, updates, technical support and server hardware maintenance. During the contract period, it is checked annually whether the installed server hardware has been renewed in the last five (5) years and whether the operating system and support software are still within the scope of the supported life cycle (not the life cycle off). The server is connected to the Subscriber's domain and the Subscriber is responsible for the security updates of the operating system.
