The object of the acquisition is Vapaalla magazine's printing and distribution services as a complete service. Vapaalla-lehti is a magazine published by the cultural service group of the city of Tampere since 2015. The issues of Vapaalla magazine tell about the current affairs of the city's cultural units. Also other citiesit is possible for the units to acquire visibility in Vapaalla magazine. The size of the magazine is 260 x 380 mm (cut tabloid) and 20-32 pages. The goal is that the magazine is always published in Januaryin usa, may and september. The provider prints Vapaalla magazine in high quality and distributes it precisely to households. The magazine's imprint and distribution method communicate quality. The provider also publishes the magazine as a digital magazine, which makes it possible to familiarize yourself with the digital version as well.

AndThe primary target group of the perishable product is the people of Tampere, and the second is the consumers of Pirkanmaa. For this reason, we want to distribute the magazine as comprehensively as possible in the Tampere area, excluding households with a ban on free distribution, but the bidder can offer as an option distribution and printing also nearto the households of the counties to which the main product is distributed.

The provider can offer the distribution and printing of Vapaalla magazine to a wider area as a voluntary option. The option is defined in more detail in the appendices.
