1. The Municipal Government of Benito Soliven, Isabela through its Bids and Awards Committee, will undertake Small Value Procurement in accordance with section 34 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 12009 or the New Government Procurement Act.

The Municipal Government of Benito Soliven, Isabela hereinafter referred to as End- User requests interested applicants to submit quotation for the Acquisition of Pre-natal Screening and Diagnostic Needs for the 1st quarter with an Approved Budget for the Contract amounting to: Ninety-two Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Pesos (P92, 260.00)
