Brief description of the procurement: The purpose of the procurement is to acquire one powder ingredient input and mixing system for use in the food industry, which will be connected to the supplier's existing 2, 100-liter mixing tank and will enable the processing of up to 2, 000-liter product batches. The main purpose of the device is to insert and disperse guar gum quickly, evenly and without lumps in a liquid product. In addition, the system must allow for the introduction of salt, spices, stabilizers and other dry free-flowing powder ingredients according to production needs. The system must include a controlled bypass around the high displacement pump, allowing product to be circulated without passing through the high displacement pump and to process products containing plant pieces up to 3 mm in size.
