THIS PROCESS WILL BE GOVERNED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS ESTABLISHED IN THE DECREE WITH RANK, VALUE AND FORCE OF LAW ON PUBLIC PROCUREMENTS(DLCP) AND ITS REGULATIONS.
