The market is not divided into a lot. It nevertheless includes the following elements:
a) "Control means" including the rental
- a system allowing an agent finding a pedestrian to make observations via the use of a personal or equivalent digital assistant (PDA, smartphone, dedicated application);
- a system allowing large-scale control of parking lots via, at least, 2 scan-cars operating simultaneously.
b) "back office" including rental
- financial management and monitoring software for controlling paying parking fees in roads;
- dematerialized parking management software;
- a statistical module.
c) "External users interface" allowing users to manage their royalties and/or subscriptions/local boarding cards.
All the aforementioned elements will be described in Part III. Description of technical requirements.
It nevertheless includes the following elements:
