The city of Oulu requests bids for the operation of Oulu's regional transport route 7. The tender concerns the operation of public transport lines 20, 21, 22, 23, 26, 28 and 29 in accordance with the procurement notice and tender documents. One bidder will be selected to handle the operation of the site or a consortium of tenders. From the acceptable tenders, the most economically advantageous supplier will be selected. In terms of overall economy, the offer that is the cheapest is the offer that is the cheapest. The offer prices are given at the September 2025 price level of Statistics Finland's bus traffic (without value added tax). Transport must be handled entirely with clean and energy-efficient vehicles (electricity, biogas or renewable diesel (HVO).
