The Aconcagua Health Service requires the acquisition of orthopedic insoles to prevent ulcerations in the diabetic population with high and maximum risk in their annual foot evaluation; it requires the acquisition of insoles to improve the quality of life of users in the Aconcagua Valley. 2.
