1. SOURCE OF RESOURCES
The Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), as part of the services it provides to its beneficiary partner countries, is granting financing for this acquisition, within the framework of the Nicaraguan Company of Aqueducts and Sewers ENACAL is Currently preparing Phase I of the Nicaraguan Water and Sanitation Comprehensive Sector Program (PISASH), for an amount of USD 322 Million, to be executed in the period 2013-2017. 2. EXECUTING AGENCY AND CONTRACTOR OF THE PROCESS

2.1 The Executing Agency for this process is: Nicarag Company.

2.2 The Executing Agency is responsible for this procurement process, for which it appoints the Executive Committee of the process and invites to submit proposals for the required contracting.

Provide operation and maintenance teams for the drinking water and sanitary sewer systems for the Immediate Attention Centers and the Delegations included in the Institutional Strengthening Program of the Strategic Plan for Institutional Development of ENACAL, within the framework of the Improvement Project and Expansion of Drinking Water Supply and Sanitation Systems in 19 cities.
