ACQUISITION OF ONE (1) UNIT WHEEL TYPE BACKHOE/EXCAVATOR
ITB No. 2026 - 02
1) The City Government of Mati, through the Special Purpose Appropriations - Loan intends to apply the sum of Seven Million One Hundred Sixty-Eight Thousand Pesos (Php7, 168, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Acquisition of One (1) unit Wheel Type Backhoe/Excavator. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The City Government of Mati now invites bids for the above Procurement Project using. Delivery of the Goods is required Ninet (90) days after the receipt of Purchase Order. Bidders should have completed, at least Ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
