2. The Municipality of Santander, Cebu after having conducted two (2) failed biddings on March 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Mayor-s Office and March 30, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Mayor-s Office, now invites interested bidder for the Negotiated Procurement-Two Failed Biddings for the said project.
3. Bid/Quotation must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat at the address below on or before April 29, 2026 at 2:00 in the afternoon at the Mayor-s Office.
