The subject of the order is the supply, commissioning and installation of an offset printing machine, which enables the drying of the printed sheet using UV light, in the DAP INCOTERMS mode. The detailed technical specification of the contract is given in Appendix 1 of the tender conditions.
The technology supplied must meet the minimumtechnical parameters determined by these tender conditions and Annex No. 1 of the tender conditions.
The contracting authority requires original, new and never-used technology.
