Office furniture and furnishing accessories Library furniture The purpose of this framework agreement is the acquisition and installation of office furniture and furnishing accessories as well as specific furniture intended for libraries, media libraries and documentation centers. The public buyer is the Central Purchasing Center of the Greater Reims Urban Community. The supplies, objects of this framework agreement, meet the current needs of the Greater Reims Urban Community and the City of Reims and the possible needs of other members of the Purchasing Center. It is broken down into 2 lots: The candidate has the possibility of bidding for one or more lots. Each lot will be concluded with a single economic operator. This is a framework agreement, entered into in application of articles R.2162-1 et seq. of the public procurement code, and concluded without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount set at €3, 000, 000 excluding tax for lot 1 and at €300, 000 excluding tax for lot 2, over the total duration of the framework agreement. Each lot will be executed in full by issuing purchase orders under the conditions set out in articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Order Code. It is established for a period of 48 months from its date of notification, and no earlier than July 1, 2026.
