Tender Details
The current printing infrastructure of the primary school and the municipal administration of Münsingen comes from two different manufacturers/suppliers. It was acquired in 2018 for a period of five years. The municipality of Münsingen decided to launch a call for tenders for the acquisition, exploitation and maintenance of printers and multifunctional devices (AMF) for the period of 01.09.2024 at 31.08.2029. It should be taken into account that the municipal administration plans to move to a new building at the beginning of 2027. At present, the administrative services are divided between four buildings. In the future, all the departments will be grouped under one roof, which will modify the needs in terms of printing. The call for tenders includes the acquisition of the following components: • Leasing contract for printers and AMF for 'Municipal administration including Infrawerke and primary school • Maintenance/Service contract • Introduction/training • Optional: "Follow Me" printing solution
