Tender Details

The procurement procedure used is open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount is passed in application of articles L. 2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-12 of the Public Procurement Code. It will give rise to the conclusion of subsequent contracts. This framework agreement may be the subject of small batches awarded in application of the provisions of Article R.2123-1 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is concluded for a maximum amount of 700, 000 euros excluding tax for the initial period. For renewal periods, the amount is identical. The framework agreement is concluded for an initial period one year from the date of notification. The duration of each renewal period is one year. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years. The framework agreement will be implemented through the award of subsequent contracts as and when of the occurrence of needs.
