Acquisition of MV DR-side network devices Acquisition of MV DR-side network devices Acquisition of MV DR-side network devices. The data center serving the Integrated Administration and Control System (IIER) of the Hungarian Treasury (hereinafter: Bidder) is the so-called Designing the Disaster Recovery site (hereinafter: DR site) from an active network point of view, delivering the multiplexer used for its optical connection or devices with equivalent functionality, cables for its optical connections, and procures the modules for the connections with the existing Soroksári út and Fiumei út sites or equivalent or compatible devices. A dark thread has been drawn between the three locations of the Bidder, which the provider implemented with a passive DWDM solution. At each of the three locations, an Ethernet-side switch terminating optical connections (hereinafter: Ethernet switch) will be installed. In addition to Ethernet switches, there are also storage connections they are placed on the already installed dark fibers, at different wavelengths, which serve the Fiber Channel (hereinafter: FC) connections between the sites. FC connections are connected to existing SAN (Storage Area Network) switches. The Ethernet and SAN switches create a ring between the locations, with an exit point at each location.
