The BLGU Buyo, though its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), will Methods of Procurement in accordance with Rule IV of Republic Act No 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
Approved Budget : Three Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P300, 000.00)
Location : Brgy. Buyo, Kawayan, Biliran
Delivery Date : 30 calendar days upon signing of Purchase Order
Warranty : Three (3) years after acceptance by the Municipality of the delivered Goods
Prospective bidders shall accomplish, provide correct and accurate information, and submit the duly signed Price Quotation Form (Annex "A") not later than 10:00 a.m. on July 21, 2026. Open quotations may be submitted to the BAC Secretariat at BLGU Buyo.
Award of contract shall be made to the lowest quotation (for goods and infrastructure) or, the highest rated offer (for consulting services) which complies with the minimum technical specifications and other terms and conditions stated herein.
