The Hungarian University of Agriculture and Life Sciences (MATE), as the Bidder, is launching a public procurement procedure for the procurement of mobile telecommunication services - providing voice and data communication - which will result in a 24-month service contract with the winning Service Provider. wishes to enter into a framework contract for a period of time. Under mobile telecommunications service, the Tenderer means the public subscriber service provided on the public mobile radiotelephone network, through which the subscribers of the given network and other networks voice and data communication between its users is realized.
