1. NAME OF THE COMPETITION AND OBJECT 1.1. Public Tender Procedure with International Advertising for "Acquisition of Meters for Cold Drinking Water and Acquisition of Meter Replacement Services in the Municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia". 1.2. This procedure will have as reference number1-B1/2024 1.3. The purpose of the public tender in question is the supply and replacement of water supply meters and the delivery to the AGEM metering laboratory of all removed meters, as well as the respective service orders forcompletely refilled, and the restoration of the water supply with reconnection of the meter and sealing of the shut-off valve upstream of it, throughout the Municipality of V. N. de Gaia. 1.4. The goods and services subject to the contract to be concluded will be supplied and provided according to the needsof Aguas de Gaia, EM, SA and upon request, with the delivery and replacement locations being those defined in Annex V of the Tender Specifications. 1.5.
