Invitation to Bid for ACQUISITION OF MECHANICAL SIREN WITH CONTROL PANEL AND TOWER
Adams, Ilocos Norte
1)The Municipal Government of Adams, through the CY 2025 5% Calamity Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Pesos (Php 495, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Acquisition of Mechanical Siren with Control Panel and Tower. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The Municipal Government of Adams now invites bids for the Acquisition of Mechanical Siren with Control Panel and Tower using the Competitive Bidding mode of procurement. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15 calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Two Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
