The purpose of this tender is the acquisition of materials for work and maintenance of national assets for public use, with the purpose of initially enabling around three points collection or drainage, seeking to generate a greater temporary capacity for the accumulation and evacuation of rainwater. Although these interventions do not constitute a definitive solution to the existing hydraulic problems, they correspond to a mitigation measure, the objective of which is to increase the response capacity before the water reaches the surrounding homes. In this way, we seek to have sufficient operational margin to install and put the extraction pumps into operation, reducing the risk of flooding of homes and impact on the residents of the Commune. from Cartagena.
