The Bidder participating in the procedure (as the Contracting Party/Insured) wishes to purchase within the framework of the public procurement procedure for a period of 12 months (planned from 00:00 on May 31, 2026 to 24:00 on May 30, 2027) the Technical management and professional liability insurance service detailed in the draft description. The purpose of the procedure is to conclude a combined liability insurance contract for the contracting authority (professional liability insurance and management liability insurance) HUF 1, 000, 000, 000/year with a joint compensation limit. Professional liability insurance: The professional liability insurance required for the performance of its professional activities for the duration of the insured Széchenyi Alakop Zrt., insurance contract.
