Cost of licensing Kofax Capture and Kofax Import Connector products with Level 3 support. Cost of providing corrective, adaptive, scalable maintenance. The single fixed cost of implementation as well as the cost of change infrastructure of the Kofax solution. Acquisition of maintenance and renewal of licenses for the Tungsten Kofax Capture platform Lot No. 1 includes the cost of licenses for Kofax Capture and Kofax Import Connector products integrating support for level 3. For lot 1 the contract will cover a period of 46 months, from March 1, 2028 to December 31, 2031. Lot No. 2 includes corrective, adaptive and evolutionary maintenance services, as well as the single fixed cost of implementation and the cost linked to the change in infrastructure of the Kofax solution. All of these services cover a period of 62 months. For lot 2, the implementation and transition phase begins on November 2, 2026 until December 31, 2026, i.e. 2 months. The services of corrective, adaptive and scalable maintenance, as well as the cost for the implementation and transition phase, will cover a period of 60 months, from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2031. Support must be provided in French, from Monday to Friday (working days in the State of Fribourg), between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. This corresponds to a total duration of 62 months.
